DAVID HUTCHISON
David Hutchison, besides being a dedicated and detail driven builder, is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys hiking, fishing and travel. He is a devoted husband of 28 years and father of three daughters. He grew up in Costa Rica and is bilingual. David’s early adult years were spent in the Cayman Islands and Atlanta as a SCUBA Instructor. He’s an active member of NARI.
JENNIFER HUTCHISON
Jennifer, David’s wife and business partner, is also a realtor and has helped buyers and sellers achieve their dreams for over 20 years. She enjoys being outdoors, especially when on the tennis court! Jennifer grew up in Berlin and got her BA in German Language and Culture from the University of Massachusetts in Boston with a minor in Political Science.
Their daughters are 21, 20, and 18. The eldest just received a BS from the University of Kentucky. She is very much an entrepreneur like her dad. Their second daughter is at Georgia College studying English and Creative Writing. She is an editor on the school newspaper as well as a member of the Varsity Dance Team. The ‘baby” is looking forward to starting her college career at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Go Vols!
